At Nine, we are redefining what it means to be a working parent. Central to this change is our parental leave policy that offers 18 weeks of paid leave for both parents, allowing families to equally share the vital early months of a child's life. Months of meticulous planning, managing spreadsheets, coordinating with different office locations, testing and curating offerings go into Nine’s annual holiday hamper program, an initiative that aims to celebrate employees and give back to the community at the conclusion of each year.
