Leadership & Strategy

Our Marketing team are custodians of the Nine suite of brands, while also helping to push the envelope and innovate across an increasingly diverse set of properties.
The team works collaboratively with all parts of the Nine business to showcase our wide-ranging offering, managing audiences across B2B/B2C channels. From managing our Upfronts events to working on go-to-market strategies across multiple brands, there’s never a dull moment in this team.
Communications & Publicity
Managing Nine’s reputation is key to the success of our business – our Communications and Publicity team guides both the promotion of our programs, content, stories and talent, while managing risk at a group-wide level through multiple lenses.
Working closely with our senior leaders and key media personalities, this team delivers results by ensuring our message is clear, that we are represented fairly, and that our people know what we need to know.
Our Finance team is an integral part of Nine, providing services and solutions to fit a myriad of needs across our diverse business.
The finance team manages the business of Nine, partnering with leaders across the breadth of our teams, implementing the newest enabling systems and working together to ensure we are operating at peak performance.
People & Culture
The People and Culture team works closely with the business and leaders strategically and provides operational support and guidance by keeping our people at the heart of Nine. They are in the forefront of guiding the business through the whole employee cycle and touch each and every part of the business.
Our team is led by the Director of Human Resources, Vanessa Morley, supported by the head of disciplines within the People and Culture team. We come together as a team of generalists and specialists in areas such as Business Partnering; Service Centre Excellence; Talent and Performance Development; Talent Acquisition; Employee Experience; Employer Brand and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; and Health, Safety and Wellbeing. The team is focused on ensuring they are meeting employee and business needs and having a positive impact on making Nine an employer of choice.
Nine’s Legal team, led by General Counsel, Rachel Launders, is one of the busiest in the industry – managing Nine’s risk profile and working to ensure we are able to tell the stories that need to be told.
Our team not only protects our business and leaders, but ensures we can operate effectively in an ever-changing landscape of legislation, finding solutions and moving us forward.
Nine’s technology team not only supports our business operations and technologies, but drives innovation across the group.
Our teams support a wide range of systems and processes, and work to bring consistency to our workforce with the best of enabling tech.
